After the initial phone conversation and meeting with the client, who expressed her desire to improve her residence, this project got off to a good start. This three-bedroom semidetached property is located at Willow Park in Ennis, with limited features to distinguish it from the rest of the houses in the estate.

The property was dark, the interior space was underutilised, and the external lawns, among other things, required a lot of maintenance. Working with the client was a delight because she knew what she wanted, and with FinLoc’s years of expert experience, we could turn this client’s dreams into reality by building her a stunning sunroom to the rear of the property.

The sunroom, in turn, opened up space, letting in much-needed light, and increased the value of the client’s property. We also elevated and rendered boundary walls and paved the entire area around the sunroom, extending to most areas. This provided the client with a virtually maintenance-free and picturesque patio area where she can now relax, taking in the beautiful surroundings all year-round.
